Now we deliver within the United States and Canada.

Processing and shipping time

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email after placing your order and another email with a tracking number when your package is shipped out. Please check your junk mail if you can not find the confirmation email.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Typically, orders placed before 3PM PDT would be shipped out the same business day. 

Orders placed on holidays or weekend days will be processed the following business day.

Mon – Thur After 3PM PDT	The Next Business Day
Fri After 3PM PDT & Sat – Sun	The Next Available Business Day (Monday)

The shipping ETA depends on the area and carrier. We provide 3 shipping options:

• 5-7 Business Days Standard Shipping
• 3-5 Business Days Priority Shipping
• 2-3 Business Days Express Shipping

Please note that we could only guarantee we shipped out your package on time but there is nothing we could do after your package was shipped out. We can not change the shipping address nor control the delivery time of the carrier.
